Horizon Tech Highlights Scalable Remote Staffing Services at Pak US Investment Conference 2025

Dallas, New York, Washington D.C. — June 13, 14, and 19, 2025

Horizon Tech, a leading name in remote staffing and offshore business process outsourcing, marked a significant milestone in its global outreach by participating in the Pak US Investment Conference 2025. The conference was part of Tech Destination Pakistan, a strategic branding initiative led by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) to promote Pakistan’s IT sector and attract international investment. The event was organized in collaboration with OPEN Global.

Held across three major US cities, including Dallas, New York, and Washington D.C., the event brought together top Pakistani entrepreneurs, US-based investors, policy influencers, and technology leaders to explore bilateral opportunities, strengthen cross-border partnerships, and showcase Pakistan’s growing digital economy.

Representing Horizon Tech was Aamir Ashraf, CEO, who delivered key presentations at each stop of the conference, sharing the company’s vision for accessible, high-quality remote staffing solutions built in Pakistan and scaled globally.

The conference commenced in Dallas on June 13 and 14 at Wyndham DFW Airport, where Mr. Aamir Ashraf introduced Horizon Tech’s white-label BPO and workforce solutions to a diverse audience of investors and tech executives. On June 17, the focus shifted to New York University, where the Horizon Tech delegation engaged in deeper dialogue around outsourcing models and Pakistan’s potential as a remote staffing hub.

The final presentation took place on June 19 at the Embassy of Pakistan in Washington D.C., where Mr. Aamir Ashraf spoke alongside other industry representatives and highlighted Horizon Tech’s mission to deliver performance-driven support solutions for global businesses, with Pakistan as the operational backbone.

Led by Abu Bakr Imran, CEO of PSEB, the Pak US Investment Conference served as a high-impact platform to promote investment, technology exchange, and the capabilities of Pakistan’s tech sector under the Tech Destination Pakistan banner.
