We are urgently looking to hire a Customer Support Executive with Printing Industry Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Take information and details from the customers and coordinate with them
  • Collaborate with the production team and design team.
  • Must act as Liaison between customers, production team, and design team.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department
  • Ability to manage customer expectations.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience.
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and responsibilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should have printing industry experience.
